PROhomematch.com is variously free and charged to both homeowners and PROS.
For Homeowners who are hiring
Free. Level 1 service includes finding and verifying applicants with personal interviews and residential, email and telephone verifications.
Fees. Various other levels starting at $50 depending on time to check licenses, references and history.
For PROS who want to be promoted from our database and/or advertising system.
PROS only pay for hired job services when they get paid or hired.
Fees are 5% of the paid remuneration for any hired job taken by PRO member as a result of this platform.
PROS can choose to have various paid advertising and other promotion services both within and outside of the platform.
"Promotion" means general emails/advertising about our platform to CLIENT members or specific emails/advertising regarding PROS.
